I am the CEO of JS Construction Services LLC.  I have 30 years financial and risk management
experience with Centex Corporation, a Fortune 200 Company traded on the New York Stock
Exchange.  For the last 18 years, I have served as Chief Financial Officer for divisions of Centex
Construction (a subsidiary of Centex Corporation) -- 16 years in Nashville, 1 year of both the
Nashville and Dallas divisions and the last year of the combined Dallas and Nashville divisions in
Dallas.

During my career at Centex, I  implemented numerous innovative systems, including:  accounting
software systems in three separate locations; a document imaging system; a system to track and
control trade contractor insurance on numerous projects across the United States after
consolidating the risk management function into the division office; contractor controlled
insurance programs on multiple as well as individual projects; a Subguard program and method
of evaluating subcontractor viability; contract reviews and project audits.

As CFO, I served as advisor to three different CEOs and was a member of the Executive
Committee.  I provided financial and operational reports that enabled management to make
decisions in a timely manner.  I worked closely with legal counsel and was intimately involved with
the evaluation and preparation of claims and litigation.

I gained a thorough knowledge of construction operations, management, reporting, IT systems,
auditing, insurance, surety, contracts, processes and procedures and am very interested in
putting this experience to work for you.

Prior to coming to work for Centex, I worked for Ernst and Ernst (currently Ernst and Young)
where I obtained my CPA.

I served many years on the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Construction Financial Management
Association (CFMA) board of directors and was president of the local chapter for two years.
